One month's rent OAC (on approved credit) or enrollment in the Obligo deposit waiver program.

-Pet Policy

Pet Screening- All applicants are required to complete a PetScreening profile, regardless of whether they have a pet.
One Time Non Refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet

-Monthly Services

Valet Trash Doorstep Pickup: $35/month, billed with rent

-Utilities

Electric: KUB, based on usage
Water/Sewer/Trash: Individually metered based on usage
Internet Provider: AT&T Internet

-Additional Requirements

Renters insurance is required for all residents.
