Pet Policy

-Only dogs and cats are allowed.
-A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed.
-All pets must be registered with www.petscreening.com and
receive favorable ratings according to PetScreening’s criteria in
order to reside at Leased Property.
-All pets must be vaccinated according to state and local laws,
and vaccinations must remain up to date for entirety of tenancy.
Tenant agrees to register pet in accordance with local laws and
requirements. Tenant must abide by city license law and all
leash ordinances.
-Certain dog breeds and mixtures of dog breeds, included but
not limited to pit bulls or any bully breed, American Staffordshire
Terriers, Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Preso Canarios, Doberman
Pinschers, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos,
Akitas, Chow Chows, Ovcharkas and German Shepherds are not
allowed under any circumstances.
-Farm or Ranch animals, either owned or boarded, any attack,
non-domesticated or guard dog, any animal with past history of
bite or attack, or any non-domestic or exotic animal is not allowed.

-$350 pet fee per pet 

-$35 monthly pet rent per pet
